Uses:
This machine is my factory production of gravure color printing machine according to years of accumulated experience and technology to design a new type of high-speed presses, the machine used for BOPP, PET, PVC Aluminum, paper and other fine print volume like multi-color continuous printing materials, printing speed of 70 m / min.
Main features:
The machine is modular, can be a continuous multi-color single-sided printing;
Main motor adopts frequency control (Panasonic);
Receiving, discharge shaft axis with the gas up, retractable frame with Double flip, from time to shut down access material;
Discharge of automatic tension (domestic), receiving by torque motor;
Embossing roller dual cylinder type (from Taiwan);
Scraper lateral movement by motor rotation cam movement;
Longitudinal chromatic version used on the motor 360 to move the style, adjusting the amount of horizontal manual adjustment of 30mm;
Drying, using centrifugal fans. Each closed oven temperature regulation, cooling with air-cooled, to improve printing speed.
